For the complaint to be accepted there needs to be an original receipt (VAT invoice) attached. If the purchased goods are defective or inconsistent with the order, you can file a complaint under the non-conformity of the goods with the contract. The complaint can be filed by e-mail to contact@fabricart.eu on a legibly completed complaint form. The parcel should contain the claimed goods, a completed complaint form, proof of purchase of the goods (VAT invoice).
The claimed goods should be clean and the parcel carefully secured.
The cost of shipping the goods subject to the complaint is covered by the seller.
