RETURN TERMS
DO YOU WANT TO RETURN GOODS PURCHASED FROM US?
Nothing could be simpler! You have 14 days to do so from the day you received the package. You do not have to provide a reason for returning the goods. Remember that the returned goods should not bear any traces of use, and in particular cannot be washed, dirty, cut or damaged in any other way. Simply inform the Seller that you wish to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. You can do this by sending an email to contact@fabricart.eu, a letter by traditional mail to LennyLamb Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., Kłudzice 9, 97-330 Sulejów, or fax to +48 222 57 888 2. You can also use our withdrawal form available HERE and send it by email or attach it to the returned package. Remember that in order to meet the withdrawal period, it is enough to send us a message (e.g. email) that you wish to return the goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In the case of an email notification, we will send a return message about the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund the payments received from you for the goods, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), provided that the entire order is returned, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 business days from the day on which we received the returned goods. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution.
Please send back or hand over the returned goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. Please send the returned goods to the following address: LennyLamb Sp. z o.o. Sp.K., Kłudzice 9, 97-330 Sulejów together with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice). The shipping method is optional. Remember that you send back the returned goods at your own expense.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Customer in the case of:
a contract for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Customer, who was informed before the commencement of the provision that after the Seller has performed the service, the Customer will lose the right to withdraw from the contract,
when the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated Product, manufactured according to the Customer's specification or intended to meet their individual needs (e.g. tailor-made products, fabrics cut by the meter).
